Motivated by the willingness to improve the performance of the Baja SAE USB prototype, I developed a final degree project which aims to describe the dynamic behavior of a transmission system called CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission) applied to mini -Baja all-terrain prototypes. It consist of a Matlab code that giving some parameter of the vehicle it is possible to obtain the dynamic response.

 

This project was to opt for Mechanical Engineering degree, earning an honorable distinction for it. Furtherore, it is still used nowadays to perform simulations before select geometrical variables needed for the gearbox design.
